AN AMAZING TEAM WITH AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE BUYING! This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had! We walked into the dealership after having a negative experience at Chevy dealership in Santa Fe (which was disappointing because I have always been a Chevy person and grew up in a dealership). When we walked in there was no one on the floor so Landis, the GM, came out and helped us. He introduced us to Colleen, who we got to talk Jeeps a little with (thanks for the duck Colleen), and then we spoke with our salesman Jose L. I have to admit after feeling a little burned at the previous dealership it was because of Colleen that we stayed, she put us at ease right away. We test drove a used car with Jose and he was so knowledgeable about the car and showed us a ton of the features. We were not planning on buying anything at all, so when Landis came over with Jose to talk numbers with us we were not anticipating the help they were prepared to give us to get into this BEAUTIFUL car! It’s good depending who you get on what day I got a brand new car like 0 miles on it so office staff amazing. However since I got the car I had been telling the auto place about the leak in my tire that was dismissed 4x saying it was the cold weather oil change #2 gets done n now a leak is found ? It should’ve been thoroughly looked at and replaced since I mentioned it 6 months ago lastly no reset on the car oil reminder system after the oil change as a woman I had to google it n figure it out myself. no oil reminder sticker to when my next oil change is due on my car window. Minor things but things I shouldn’t have to do with a brand new car 6 months old. But I just expected more from Hyundai especially the paint starting to chip on a 2025 Elantra the paint shouldn’t be chipping 1/2 a year in. I even hesitated writing this review but come on everyone has bad days understood but at least do a thorough job please n waiting to get a call back regarding my concerns don’t hold your breath. I rarely write reviews but i had to share my experience at Fiesat Hyundai in Santa Fe. First thin i did was look at reviews at all the dealerships in Santa Fe and the great reviews for Fiesta made us choose their dealership first. We had an outstanding experience at this family-owned dealership thanks to Jose and Colleen! Jose, our salesperson, was amazing from start to finish. He treated us with genuine respect, listened carefully to what we needed, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were completely happy with both the vehicle and the deal. He truly went above and beyond. Most sales people stop checking on you once the deal is completed but Jose stayed hours after the dealership closed to make sure we were happy with everything. He continued to check in with me the following day to make sure we didn't have any issues with the vehicles and asked if there was anything more he could do! Colleen, the sales manager, greeted us warmly when we arrived and stayed kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel right at home—like we were part of the family. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll absolutely be sending our family and friends to Jose and Colleen—they’re a fantastic team, and we’re so grateful for the experience! The only small point of confusion was around the interest rate, which seemed to rise several points after we declined the extended warranty. It would’ve been helpful to have a bit more clarity on how that worked. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Update: Spoke to management and we discussed the financing issue. I hope they are able to view video and see my shock when the interest rate changed several points. Octaviano and the entire Service Crew at Fiesta's Hyundai of Santa Fe are always prompt and cheerful, helpful and explain my Vehicle's needs even though my schedule puts me there very early in the morning. They go out of their way to treat their customers well and they respect their customers' intelligence.

Very reliable place. They gave me my truck as they promised on time when they change the oil. Also the service container guy was really helpful and suggested some issues that I need ti change on my truck.

I just bought a car from Fiesta Hyundai in Santa Fe, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated like a person, not just a sale. Everyone was welcoming, and my salesperson, Omar, was fantastic—super easy to talk to, patient, and really listened to what I needed instead of pushing me toward something more expensive. They made the whole process feel surprisingly stress-free. No games, no pressure—just straightforward help and good communication. Even the financing part, which I usually dread, was handled quickly and clearly. I left with a vehicle I love and zero regrets. Highly recommend checking them out.

We were in Santa Fe, although we don’t live there. The battery went out on our ionic six making it impossible for us to drive back home. Monica did a fabulous job of getting us in for a new battery while we waited. I already called and thanked her for her Service.
