The service dept. at Fiesta Hyundai is wonderful. When I 1st bought my car in October, I immediately popped a tire. I purchased my vehicle in Albuquerque at Larry Miller Hyundai because they offered me 18500.00 for my trade in. Fiesta only offered me 14500.00. I couldn’t find a tire. So Fiesta got the tire and installed it for me. They washed my car, and got me in and out. For this first service, I was treated with such care and dignity. They were very efficient and it did not take very long. Once again, they washed my car. The service manager explained everything to me. Loved the experience.

It’s good depending who you get on what day I got a brand new car like 0 miles on it so office staff amazing. However since I got the car I had been telling the auto place about the leak in my tire that was dismissed 4x saying it was the cold weather oil change #2 gets done n now a leak is found ? It should’ve been thoroughly looked at and replaced since I mentioned it 6 months ago lastly no reset on the car oil reminder system after the oil change as a woman I had to google it n figure it out myself. no oil reminder sticker to when my next oil change is due on my car window. Minor things but things I shouldn’t have to do with a brand new car 6 months old. But I just expected more from Hyundai especially the paint starting to chip on a 2025 Elantra the paint shouldn’t be chipping 1/2 a year in. I even hesitated writing this review but come on everyone has bad days understood but at least do a thorough job please n waiting to get a call back regarding my concerns don’t hold your breath. Maybe I’ll get a call back now

I rarely write reviews but i had to share my experience at Fiesat Hyundai in Santa Fe. First thin i did was look at reviews at all the dealerships in Santa Fe and the great reviews for Fiesta made us choose their dealership first. We had an outstanding experience at this family-owned dealership thanks to Jose and Colleen! Jose, our salesperson, was amazing from start to finish. He treated us with genuine respect, listened carefully to what we needed, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were completely happy with both the vehicle and the deal. He truly went above and beyond. Most sales people stop checking on you once the deal is completed but Jose stayed hours after the dealership closed to make sure we were happy with everything. He continued to check in with me the following day to make sure we didn't have any issues with the vehicles and asked if there was anything more he could do! Colleen, the sales manager, greeted us warmly when we arrived and stayed kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel right at home—like we were part of the family. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll absolutely be sending our family and friends to Jose and Colleen—they’re a fantastic team, and we’re so grateful for the experience! The only small point of confusion was around the interest rate, which seemed to rise several points after we declined the extended warranty.
