Very disappointing experience with Fiesta Auto Group / Santa Fe Hyundai. We purchased a Mitsubishi that later developed issues, and after Fiesta closed the Mitsubishi dealership, we were redirected for help but calls were not returned. When we reached out to Santa Fe Hyundai, Colleen’s tone made me feel like I couldn’t afford the vehicle, which was upsetting and unnecessary—especially after being told we’d receive a “killer deal.” The vehicle was advertised at $45,627, but after mandatory add-ons and markups, the price increased by thousands more than advertised, which was not disclosed upfront. I felt deceived. Poor communication, unexpected pricing, and no accountability.

She was terrific, and the transaction was extraordinary. She has a great sense of humor and concern for the customer.

Everyone at Fiesta Hyundai is friendly and helpful. Not many Ioniq 5 models to choose from but I suspect that is Hyundai's fault.

My service at Fiesta Hyundai Santa Fe has always been good. I have been servicing my vehicle there for 12+ years. I am continuing seeking service with my recently purchased 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Eric was the service representative with whom I interacted and he went over and above to help me.

My recent experience in trying to get my map updated was unusual. First, they wanted me to leave my car there for the day. I have only one car, so not an option. I left and called in and questioned why a day. At that point i asked for a loaner and after some questioning, they granted one, although they indicated it was not their practice. Finally got my car back but there was obviously a problem with how they did the update. They said, i would need to come back and were not really interested in the problem as a matter of fact, all throughout the process, they gave me the feeling that they really did not want to do the update. I told them i would not be returning. So I called Hyundai customer care and they fixed the problem remotely. Seems like the folks at Fiesta really do not want to be bothered. Kind of a lousy attitude.
