Was in Sante Fe on vacation and somehow the front seat passenger seat belt got slammed in the door. Door wouldn't open or close. Called Fiesta. They said bring it by even though they were pretty busy. Got there and service manager met us, took our car back, and ten minutes later it was fixed. Great people and so nice. Saved our vacation!

Despite the lack of a full time EV mechanic and the fact that I had to wait a couple months for an appointment, when I did arrive they were expecting me and took time to address all the issues on my list. They completed the software updates and the other little things I needed addressed on my Ionic 5. They did all this with no charge at all. What??? I did expect to have to pay but there was no charge. I was happy. Plus they completed this at the time I asked them to.

The service manager, Octaviano Virgil, takes good care of me and my cars when I bring them in for service. He keeps appraised of when the car will be ready and answers all my questions knowledgeably.
